SCAN RESULT

I am trying scan a page with inserted stamp and notes. The preview is shown on the first picture. When I saved the file it shows only the notes as shown on the second picture 

I never had this problem with my 32 bit machine. I got this 64 bit machine with OS11 and nothing is going right. I am using HP SMART for Scan. HP  scan will not open.

I could not find a source to reload HP scan

I need to get this one out by this Monday. Any help will be highly appreciated

I just posted for having problem with scan. I searched and find a HP universal Scan soft ware and that solved my issue. Just ignore my previous post.
