I'd like to help!

 

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc

What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?

The printer is a HP ENVOY 6000 all in one series

I use the same application for both windows and IOS (HP SMART)

I would like to know when I san and say save.   WHere are they saved?

1.  PC w/windows 10

2.  IPAD/ IOS

The default save location for scanned documents is the Documents folder and the Pictures library for scanned photos.
