Please see attached photo. I am not to sure but for some reason my scan through email feature suddenly stopped working.
I have looked up 100s of videos and discussion.
Tried all of the things I have seen such as setting email to default app, and going into settings on outlook and selecting default option.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still no luck. I've been at this for hours 😕 would love some advice on how to fix this issue ASAP.
I use the scan to app and usually select send through email and once the scanning is complete it immediately asks me if I have another page Y/N then it uploads to an email and I can select the rest.
Suddenly it just scans as per usual then that error message in above picture comes up.
SOS 😞 need some help asap with this issue
