just bought this printer/scanner/copier but cannot find any scan button on the control panel so how do I scan documents or photo's?

You can scan using the HP software that come with the printer, or use the web scan feature. See the Copy/Scan section of this User Manual

Scanning is all done via software on your computer as stated in the User Guide here.

Since I downloaded Windows 10, the scan program on my J3680 has stopped working. I tried to download the complete software package,but it won't install. The web site also mention a print and scan download, but I can't find it anywhere. Is HP still in business? It's impossible to talk to anyone. Thanks.

I downloaded the software. The printer prints (it has always printed), it will not scan. The message box states: 'No Scan Ooptions'. It always scanned prior to my installing Windows 10. Help, please.
