Проблема:

 

Я не могу использовать функцию сканера. Я не могу сканировать с машины или инициировать задания сканирования из Easy Print Manager.

Я получаю следующее сообщение от Easy Print Manager:

Problem:

 

 

 

I can't use the scanner function. I cannot scan from the machine or initiate scan jobs from the Easy Print Manager.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The "Unavailable" message is displayed on the printer console display.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I receive the following message from the Easy Print Manager:

 

 

"Input/output error when interacting with the device. Wait and try scanning again. If that doesn't help, turn off the device, then turn it on and wait for it to warm up."

The icons are highlighted in gray. 

I have a printer connected via a USB cable.

The last time it worked was when I was using Windows 7. Then the printer worked as it should.

I tried to uninstall and use the latest firmware and software updates, but that didn't seem to improve the situation.

Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to create backups of my teaching/performance management documents.

I am currently using WINDOWS 10 (64 bit).
