Hello,

I have two MFP4302dw in use at my company. Scanning works, but after a while (a few hours), the scan button no longer works on either of them and then scanning is not possible anymore.
Restarting the printer solves the problem.
However, printing via the network is possible at any time.
It doesn't matter whether I try ScanToMail or ScanToSMB, the button remains grayed out on both, see screenshot.

It doesn't matter whether I try it via quick settings or the normal way.

 

There is no error message at all.
