We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Scanner HP 8710 give Error when having multiple pages in the inled tray. First page is scanned. Next page is not entered in the scanner. You can hear the tray running but the paper is not “picked up” from the tray. So, no scan result.
“Scan error - go to start” on the computer screen.

it is possible to scan mannualy by scanning page by page (every time you need to close the lid). When having 10 pages (both sides), this is not OK.
