I have been using scan software without any problems until the other day. I have 2 HP scanners set up on my system with on of them being a4 and one a3. when I use Scan extended software it always gave me the option which scanner to choose. That is until the other day. Now for some reason it has defaulted to my a4 scanner and I cannot change it at all to go back to the previous set up. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it, but it is still defaulted now to the A4 scanner? Any help that you can provide will be appreciated.

Going through your post, I see that you are having issues while scanning using the HP Officejet printer. I’d suggest using the HP Smart. Go to HP Smart to download and install the app on your PC.
