Product: HP Office Jet Pro 9010

Hi,

 

I hope someone can help me with this issue.  

 

I have a HP Office Jet Pro 9010.  I am trying to scan a document, through the document feeder.  It is a multipage document; however, I am being sent individual files for each page of the document, rather than receiving the whole thing as one file, i.e. I want the 6-page document to come through as one file, but I am receiving 6 individual files.  

 

Any ideas how I can resolve this?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I see that you would like to be able to scan multiple pages into one file, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Which app are you try to scan from?
  • Are you referring to compressing all 6 files into an ADF file?
