LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

Hi,

 

We have the LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw, however when scanning documents the file sizes are far too large to email.

 

This printer isn’t fit for purpose if I can’t scan documents to send.

 

Does anyone know how to reduce? Already lowered to 300dpi etc, it makes no difference.

I see that the scanned documents are too large and cannot be attached to the email, let us try to isolate and resolve the issue-

  • Have you tried a different format to save the scanned files?
  • Which format are you currently saving the documents as?
  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
