Hi Hp,

I am having the following problem, we have 2 printers installed on a print server and have setup "Scan to network folder" on these printers which saves the documents on a file server.

Now the following happens, when we want to use "Scan to network folder" we get an error:

"The test was unsuccessful. Try again."

After clicking multiple times on "Save and Test" it looks it becomes succesfull to scan to a network folder.

Now for the weird part, if i check on the file server at "Computer management -> Sessions" i see that the user that has rights to this folder and printer is connected, now when i disconnect the user from open sessions and try to scan again, it fails again with the same error that you see above.

Both of the servers "Fileserver" and "Printserver" have SMB 1.0 active and have all the rights to the Share (List folder included at lowest stage of the directory's).
