@angelaallen1978, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding scanning on HP DeskJet!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

To scan a document on an HP DeskJet Plus Inkjet 4155 using Windows 10 (32-bit), follow these steps:

Using HP Smart App

Download & Install HP Smart

  • If you haven’t already installed it, download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store.

Open HP Smart & Add Printer

  • Open HP Smart and make sure your HP DeskJet 4155 is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
  • Click Add Printer and select your printer.

Scan the Document

  • Click on the Scan tile.
  • Place your document face down on the scanner glass or in the document feeder.
  • Adjust scan settings (color, resolution, format) if needed.
  • Click Scan and wait for the scan to complete.

Save or Share

  • Click Save, choose the file format (PDF, JPEG), and save it to your computer.
  • You can also share via email or cloud storage.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
