Hello,
As soon as I turn on my printer, it shows me a message about scan and fax error.
Here is a picture, is in italian but I'll translate it for you:

"impossible to scan or send fax"

I've already tried fixing the problem with HP Print and scan doctor but it was a failure.
I've also tried umplugging the power cable again and again...
Also, the print still works but is impossible to scan anything....It worked yesterday but today is not working anymore.
Please I need help, I need to finish a work and I'm quite desperate...
