Hello! Can you help me? My scanner does not see my computer when I try to scan directly from the device rather than from the PC. I have already reinstalled everything, but it didn't help. I am currently running Windows 11. Previously, I had Windows 7 and everything worked fine there. Laser Jet Pro MFP M428dw
