Wireless printing is fine, but can't get to solution center to use PC scan capability; error message says install is not complete, but I've uninstalled and reinstalled.  I know I have a connection becuase printing is fine.  I just need to scan from my PC, but can't

Do you mean you wish to scan from your printer to your computer ? Please download and run the following tool. Hope it will fix the problem for you or tell you how to fix:

 

        http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe

Do you mean you wish to scan from your printer to your computer ? Please download and run the following tool. Hope it will fix the problem for you or tell you how to fix:

Thanks. No. When I place docs on printer and push Scan, the printer indicates I should print from my PC. In other words choose scan on my PC after placing docs on printer.  I used to do it that way, but something changed.
