OfficeJet Pro 9015
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi- I am trying to figure out how to scan from the *panel* on my OfficeJet Pro 9015 to my *computer* without having to run back and forth between rooms.

When I click on the "Scan to PC" option on the device panel, it instructs me to go to 123.hp.com/setup. This prompts me to download HP Smart. I can find no other software. The front panel also gives me a path to "open the software" and -> scan -> manage scan to computer. I cannot find this path anywhere in the software. There are NO working instructions as to how I can scan from the device panel to the PC.

Please help.

Hi,

Download and install the latest full feature software for your printer:

HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads

Once completing the installation, open the HP Officejet Pro 9010 software, select Scan and then Manage Scan to Computer and ensure the feature is enabled for your printer.
