Scan from the stand by state trigger an error (the printer 6234) and will require a reboot

When trying to scan while the printer is in standby mode, this trigger an error on the printer. screen and lights are flashing. no error message. only solution is to reboot the printer.

I have already loaded the latest firmware and problem occurs whether the scan is trigger fom my windows laptop or from my Iphone.

Any clue?

Let's try disabling the IPV6 Address from the EWS page and check if that helps

(1) From a computer connected to your network, type the IP address of your printer into the URL field of your browser.

Note: To get the IP Address Print a Network Configuration Page- To print a Network Configuration Page 

(2) Click the Network or Networking tab, and then open the section or page for your network type: wired or wireless.
(3) Select Enable IPv4 only (or similar)

(4) Click Apply, and then wait until the changes are confirmed.
 

Reboot the printer and try scanning from your iPhone and Computer
