Hi

 

I have to scan to my email when I want to save a doc-it always ends up in my trash folder, is there a way to direct it to my regular email folder?

Hi,

That's up to your email configuration, check the Spam rules and filters settings for your email account.

 

The printer simply sends an email to your address, any routing from there is only up to your email account and not to the printer...
