Good day,

 

I recently acquired a new printer and have encountered a technical issue with the scanning function. When utilizing the feeder tray to scan multiple documents, I am unable to specify the number of pages to be scanned at a time. Currently, the printer scans all pages simultaneously and combines them into a single document.

 

For instance, if I insert nine pages into the feeder, the printer scans all nine pages at once and generates a single document containing all the scanned content. However, I require the ability to scan only a specific number of pages, such as three pages at a time, and have each set of scanned pages saved as a separate document.

 

I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue and enabling the desired functionality.
