Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
To scan a multi-page document into a single PDF using your HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One (N911a), follow these steps:
Option 1: Using HP Scan Software (Recommended)
Open HP Scan
- On your computer, search for and open HP Scan (it should be installed if you have the HP printer software).
Select the Scan Type
- Choose Document to File or Save as PDF.
Set Scan Preferences
- Ensure the file type is set to PDF.
- If available, enable "Combine into single document" or similar option.
Load Your Document
- If using the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), insert all pages and scan.
- If using the flatbed scanner, scan the first page, then click "+" (Add Page) after each scan.
Finish and Save
- After scanning all pages, click Save and choose a location on your computer.
