How can I scan a multiple page document into one pdf file?  So far there is no way to concatenate the pages

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

To scan a multi-page document into a single PDF using your HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One (N911a), follow these steps:

 

Option 1: Using HP Scan Software (Recommended)

Open HP Scan

  • On your computer, search for and open HP Scan (it should be installed if you have the HP printer software).

Select the Scan Type

  • Choose Document to File or Save as PDF.

Set Scan Preferences

  • Ensure the file type is set to PDF.
  • If available, enable "Combine into single document" or similar option.

Load Your Document

  • If using the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), insert all pages and scan.
  • If using the flatbed scanner, scan the first page, then click "+" (Add Page) after each scan.

Finish and Save

  • After scanning all pages, click Save and choose a location on your computer.
