Hi @DhirenShah,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To scan multiple pages into one PDF document using your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M132nw, follow these steps:

Using HP Scan Software

Install HP Software: Ensure you have the HP scanning software installed on your computer. You can download it from the HP Support website.

Open HP Scan:

  • On Windows: Open HP Scan from the Start menu.
  • On Mac: Open HP Easy Scan from the Applications folder.

Select Scanner:

  • Ensure your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M132nw is selected as the scanning device.

Configure Scan Settings:

  • Select the type of scan you need (e.g., document).
  • Choose the appropriate scan settings, such as resolution and color mode.

Scan Multiple Pages:

  • Place the first page on the scanner glass.
  • Click on "Scan".
  • After the first page is scanned, you will usually get an option to add another page. Place the next page on the scanner glass and click "Add page" or "Scan Next Page".
  • Repeat this process for all pages you want to scan.

Save as PDF:

  • Once all pages are scanned, click on the "Save" or "Finish" button.
  • Choose the PDF format and save the document to your desired location.

Using HP Smart App

Install HP Smart App: Download and install the HP Smart app from the HP website or your device’s app store.

Open HP Smart App:

  • Open the app and sign in if necessary.
  • Add your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M132nw printer if it’s not already listed.

Scan Documents:

  • Tap the "Scan" tile on the home screen.
  • Select your scanning preferences.

Scan Multiple Pages:

  • Place the first page on the scanner glass.
  • Tap on the "Scan" button.
  • After the first scan is complete, you will have the option to scan another page. Tap on "Add" or "Scan Next Page".
  • Repeat for all pages.

Save as PDF:

  • Once all pages are scanned, tap on the "Save" or "Share" button.
  • Choose PDF as the format and save the document.

Using HP Embedded Web Server (EWS)

Access EWS:

  • Open a web browser and enter the printer’s IP address. This can be found on the printer's control panel under network settings.

Navigate to Scan Settings:

  • Go to the scan tab and configure the scan settings.

Scan Multiple Pages:

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to scan multiple pages. Typically, you will place the first page on the scanner glass, scan it, and then get prompted to add more pages.

Save as PDF:

  • Once all pages are scanned, save the file as a PDF.
