Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have just had to purchase a new PC that has windows 11 installed and have managed to download HP Smart however the scanner function does not work and keeps coming up with the following: -

However the printer is connected and shows the ink levels etc..

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

This is the model I have and I'm having the same issue!  I've tried wireless vs. usb and neither method works.

Officejet Pro 8620  Networked same as original problem. Plus the embedded link for online help returns this message :

write tcp 10.239.48.143:44475: write: connection refused

All software has been installed. The first option/only option besides Skip or Online help. Not helping here.
