Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since a couple of the scanning option disappeared from the HP software, it does not connect to Windows scan and Fax option, it work on web server. Find a solution on HP Smart but still would like to my application to work fine or i have to use new app just a solution (easy) on how to remove the old software. Enough garbage on my laptop.

Printer work well. Tried uninstall (which fail for some unknown reason) reinstall but still not working.

To assist you better, which app were you using to scan?

Are you referring to the full-feature printer driver - the printer assistant app?

 

Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
