Deskjet 4675
Chrome OS

I have been using my Deskjet 4675 successfully to scan documents to my HP Chromebook for a few years.  I would connect to the IP address of the device, and select the SCAN option on the home page.  A few months back the SCAN option no longer appears on the EWS home page.  So I am unable to scan from my HP Chromebook.

However, if I try the same steps from my wife's older HP Chromebook, everything works.

I do not have any Microsoft Windows or Apple Macs in my home to try.

Hi,

What do you see where browsing to the printer's IP Address from your Chromebook? can you see the HP page or anything else?

As you do see the Scan option from your wife's  Chromebook, that means the option is still available, the question is why it is not seen on yours.

May you add a screenshot of the page shown from your Chromebook? to get some better understanding of what is shown instead, and why?
