I am having a problem with my scanner. When I scan a page through the feeder on the top of the printer, the scan shows up blank in my drive however when I put the page on the scanner itself, the scan works. Can someone please help me fix this as I do need to use the feeder for multiple pages. This has never happened before and I've had the printer for a few years now. Thank you!
