Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My Scan to Computer Webscan says "You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer." I am the one who set it up but did not mark anything to be disabled. I didn't see a response for how to fix this using a Mac. Thank you!

HP Recommended

Log in to your printer EWS and check is the Webscan enabled. It should be under Settings -> Security -> Administration -> Webscan.
