HP Colour Laser Jet MGP M 283fdw is having problem when Scan to E-Mail services are selected. Normal A4 page with printed text will be rejected by smtp.telstra.com Server as a suspected spam with Fault code 6306A94C078069CD.
When blank page is sent to the same user it is received and sent to user's mailbox as blank page?
Same happen with Scan to E-Mail using Platen Glass or ADF.
Scan to USB port is fine.
Printer is using wired connection to the router, not Wi-Fi.
Wireshark log is showing [TCP Out-of-Order] shortly before Printer pops up message 'E-mail rejected".
Would appreciate your help on this.
Thanks.

==========================================================================
I might not understand your question.
The refusal to accept the job by an Email server cannot be fixed from the outside.
Company email servers generally do restrict traffic in and out of the service to protect the servers and the clients using them.
Email servers at Telestra used for private email are also subject to rules enforced by the Telestra servers for content.
What?
Email providers, including Telstra, can do whatever they want with jobs that come through their servers.
If the Telstra server considers content in an email as spam for any reason, then Poof! The content is spam.
There is nothing Scan-to-Email can do about Email providers that refuse to accept all or parts of jobs.
You might try using a different sending email address, for example, not one that uses Telestra smtp servers.
What else?
It is possible that whatever content you are sending is not supported -- not all / any content is allowed.
No, I don't want to know what you are sending -- the comment is general.
Contact Telestra and ask why the mail you are sending is considered spam by the Telestra servers.
