This feature used to work for me
Now, when I try to do it, I get the error that "There was an internal processing error. Please retry or manually check the firmware"
-I have unplugged and rebooted the printer several times
-I have the printer on the network and have tried up to update the firmware using the desktop, the printer's screen interface and the HP iPhone App. No success
Please. Help.

I just tried it again, and for some unknown reason it's working. I just scanned two sets of documents to email and it worked????? I suggest everyone try it again. I can't explain it, but it's working for now!

I have the same exact problem. I scanned and emailed two sets of documents and on the third set I got this error. I have tried all the above mentioned steps, rebooting , disconnecting device and tried downloading updated firmware. No luck! please help.
