Scan to Email does not scan double-sided documents on HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4303fdw

I have an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4303fdw with the latest firmware installed.

I have successfully configured the Scan to Email feature through the Embedded Web Server (EWS), and email delivery is working correctly.

However, when scanning double-sided documents through the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), only one side of the document is included in the email attachment.

I would appreciate your assistance with the following:

1. Confirm whether there are any known firmware limitations affecting double-sided Scan to Email on the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4303fdw.
2. Advise on the correct configuration required to ensure that Scan to Email automatically scans both sides of a document.
3. Confirm whether a firmware update, service bulletin, or recommended procedure is available to resolve this issue.

According to the documentation I have found, this printer does not support automatic Duplex / 2-sided scan.

If true, the limitation is significant.

I cannot test for you -- I do not have access to your printer model.

There are not any newer Firmware updates beyond what you have installed.

I see no new Bulletins nor an Alert that address what you describe.

Next, Create / Edit Scan to Email - Quick Set

Open your Browser

Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Quick Sets > Select one of -- Add / Edit / Copy / Delete  > Quick Set Profile

Complete the steps to create / update the Profile
