Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Scan to Email feature was set up when equipment was installed. A test "scan-to-email" was successful. However, now my all-in-one does not scan to email. I receive the following message: "The printer could not connect to web services. The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later." This printer was delivered December 21 and installed yesterday. How is it possible I was able to scan-to-email one time and now I cannot? Help would be appreciated. TY -- Magda

Hi Betty, I've got the HP6978 LaserJet. Since posting my question, I contacted with an IT person to help me troubleshoot the issue. It has since been resolved. TY

Regrettably, I cannot click on the "Accept As Solution" button when no solution was offered or provided by HP. I had to PAY someone out of my own pocket to instruct and guide me through a solution to the problem: scan-to-email feature stopped working after being installed and working one time.

I need to speak with a LIVE person who will not ask to access my computer remotely to solve general computer or HP issues. My IT person helped in resolving the issue so I cannot give HP any credit. Thank you -- Magda
