Hello to all, we have in our offices 6 HP Printer Pagewide 477DW, from few day is not possible to use the scan to folder function, the printer setup return the error pgNetworkFolderAccounts-503

All the printer are updated with the last firmaware, we have to kind of sharing folder, one ona a Windows 2019 Server and one on a NAS Synolgy.

I have try all the tips and tricks found on this forum but nothing. I have also try to create a shared folder without any passowrd and "everyone access" permission. Nothing. The DNS pint on the internal DNS Address. I hava try also to replace the name od the server with the ip address. nothing. Can anyone help me? Thank you!

Could be corrupted. Perform a factory reset and reapply the current firmware as first steps. Report back.
