Scan to HP Cloud

I just installed my new HP OfficeJet 8130e all in one printer and can't figure out why my scanned documents are not showing up in the HP Cloud. There is an icon on the HP Smart App called "HP Cloud Scans" and I select the HP cloud option when scanning however my files are not uploading to the cloud. Any advise?

I might be using a different HP Smart application -- or perhaps a different version of the app.

Can you post an image of where you see an icon or section called  "HP Cloud Scans"?

If no image, then perhaps describe how to get to "HP Cloud Scans" icon?

Perhaps you are asking about HP Smart Shortcuts?

Cloud Storage options include Cloud destination accounts listed in the Shortcut manager.

Regardless of where / how the Scan content is directed to a Cloud account,

You must be signed into the Cloud account to save to that destination.

Should your account be protected with 2FA / 2-Step Verification, it might be necessary to create and use an APP Password to use in place of the normal login password for the Cloud Account.  I've not see this but we do read occasional reports that some people have trouble (specifically) with Google Drive.  I've never encountered problems.
