Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?
Are you getting any error messages?
Could you elaborate on the issue for better understanding?

No Error Message
it's scan to FTP site
From the same network I have use another computer & printer to connect with FTP site it successfully pass the test.
Scan to FTP successfully send with another printer
I have tested
No issue in the network
No issue with the Windows update
All other printers work except one
Also have done firmware upgrade
Reboot couple of times
Reset and re-configure
Still the same issue
