HP Color LaserJet Managed MFP E78323-30dn - Base Product 23-30ppm

I can't scan to Network Folder if I use UNC Path, on other hand if I used ip address instead it's work fine.

Printer HP MFP E78330, 5.5

I don't want to use ip address in order to scan to Network Folder, I want to use UNC path

for example : \\computer-name\scan

I disabled all firewall but still not working.

If scanning by IP address works but not names this would indicate that there is a problem with your DNS server in your network. If this is a small network you may not have a valid DNS and external ones provided by your ISP would not map internal devices.

If it works via IP I would just do it that way. In most cases it will scan faster that way anyway.
