Scan to Network Folder - Incorrect Credentials

Purchased a new HP Laser Jet Printer - MFP M479fdw  Working on setting up scan to e-mail and scan to network folder on my Surface and my wifes Macbook Air.  Have everything working except Scan to Network folder on the Macbook Air.  When I try to register the shared folder using the wizard on the EWS, I get "Incorrect Credentials".

I have tried many different variations of the Username including the IP address of the Mac and its Domain Name.  I have verified the shared folder is setup properly.  I have watched many videos and read all of the previous questions I could find in this group.  Does not seem that this has been definitively solved.  

Appreciate any help that can be provided.

Please follow below guidelines provided by @StretchMusic , be sure to set the coresponding GMT local time for the printer as suggested:

Thank you for the quick response.  I used the link you provided and followed the instructions exactly.  I still received the "Incorrect Credentials".  But, here is what I found that fixed it.  The link said to NOT use the "Sync Now" button and instead search "What is the current GMT time".  When I searched for that time it had me set the printer to a time zone several hours ahead of my current time zone where I reside.  This did not work and I received the "Incorrect Credentials".  I decided to try the "Sync Now" and see what time zone it would set.  It synced to my current time zone where I reside.  When I ran the test it worked and the document scanned to the folder on the Mac desktop correctly.
