Product: MacBook Pro
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Just purchased an HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e.  I have a LOT of documents to scan, and am trying to set up the "Scan to Network Folder" feature.

 

I have created the folder on the computer, enabled sharing, clicked on the "SMB Sharing" box.  

 

When I enter the path in the HP Smart setup window, I keep getting an error stating that the printer is not connected.  The printer is connected - I can print and scan from the printer/scanner feature in settings.  

 

Any suggestions???

Hi,

Please try following below steps, use the EES page to set the folder as instructed, also put some attention to time setting for the printer, this could be crucial:
