Hi, I recently upgraded my PC from Windows 10 to Windows 11.  After doing so I am no longer able to use the Scan to Network Folder option on my HP Officejet Pro 8710.  The folder is still on my Windows 11 PC and is shared for everyone and me the user.  I can print to the 8710 from the PC,  However, when I attempt to use the Scan to Network Folder on the printer I enter the PIN and tap start and after a few seconds I get "Unable to connect to the network .  Check the network and then try again."  If I browse tot he printer and run the test from the Scan to Network Folder setup I get "Network error.  Check the printer's network connection and try again".  The printer is obviously connected as I can print to it over the network and am able to browse into it. 

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

HP Recommended

Can you access(read/write) the shared folder from another computer? If not ,it might be the shared folder set up issue. Check the firewall setting too.
