HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

I'm trying to sent up scan to network folder, and I keep getting an error that says "network error - check the printers network connection and try again'.

No credentials are required. For a network path, I have entered it in this format;

\\pathname\folder\

Wnen I enter this in the browser address bar, it takes me to the directory with no problems. I also tried leaving off the last forward slash to see if that makes any difference, and it does not. The contents display correctly in the browser, so the path is good.

Permissions of the folder are full, so permissions is not an issue that I  can tell.

Nothing wrong with the printers connection to my network, as I can print to it from other devices and scan to email that I have set up works great.

Not sure what to try next, if anyone has any ideas?

Thank you
