Hello Community,

I have a new laptop with Win11. The installation of "Scan to Network Folder" fails with the error message: "Incorrect Username and Password ..."

 

I have tried all 42 combinations of username-password and I cannot get the scanner to work properly.

 

With my old laptop and win10 it works flawlessly.

 

I did everything I could find here - except the things that Win11 does not have (the SMB options).

 

Could you please help me get this flying?

 

A quick question: I have a PIN for my computer - this is the password, right? My username on the display has 3 three parts: my first name, space, my last name and below my email-address.
