HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'm having an issue with (Scan to PC) on a HP Officejet Pro 9025.   It works for a 2-3 hours after rebooting but then crashes.   At this point I can still do scanning that is initiated from the PC but not from the printer front panel.

Remediation attempts:

Uninstalling current driver and Installing the latest driver from HP website,

Scan and Print Doctor  -  did not help.

Updating Win 10 Pro to latest vers.

Uninstalling Avast antivirus.

Looking in the Event Viewer I found 2 errors at the time of the crash.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks,

Rob
