Scanning from the PC via glass or ADF is fine. Scanning from the printer via glass is fine. Scanning from the printer via ADF looks fine, until the end: it says the file is sent to the PC, but it's not. Last HP printer

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the printer product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
  • Have you tried HP print and scan doctor app?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • What is the operating system?
