Hi @javiteam,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your scan to SharePoint feature isn’t working, here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Verify SharePoint Path:

  • Double-check the SharePoint URL you’ve set up in your scanner settings. Make sure it’s the correct path to the document library.

2. Check Credentials:

  • Ensure that the credentials entered have the appropriate permissions to access the SharePoint site. Test logging in to SharePoint with those credentials via a web browser.

3. Update Firmware/Software:

  • Check for any available firmware updates for your printer/scanner. Go to the manufacturer’s website to download the latest version.

4. Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure that your printer/scanner is connected to the same network as your computer and has internet access.

5. Review Scanner Settings:

  • Go to the scanner settings and ensure that the scan to SharePoint option is enabled and configured correctly.

6. Test with a Different Location:

  • Try scanning to a different location (like a local folder) to confirm that the scanner itself is working properly.

7. Firewall/Antivirus Settings:

  • Check if any firewall or antivirus software is blocking the connection to SharePoint. Temporarily disable them to test if that resolves the issue.

8. Check Logs:

  • If your device has a logging feature, check the logs for any errors that occur when attempting to scan.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
