Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended

I am absolutely confounded by HP's confusing account profiles. This is a prime example - my current printer (9125e) is not showing on the dropdown list here. But when i say add another priduct and enter the serialnumber, it says that device is already associated with my account. but it still doesnt show on the dropdown list.

Anyway i have the 2 following issues that I hope someone can help with:

1. When I scan a multipage document from the scanner and download it from HP cloud, it downloads each page as a separate page. There is no option that i have found that allows me to combine multiple pages into a single pdf. has anyone found a way to do this?

2. I can access the scans stored in HP Cloud from the HP app on my iphone. But I havent been able to find a way to access that from a web-broswer on a computer. Any option there?

Thank you.

Hi @RKa2026,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your HP account profiles and printer. Here are a few suggestions that might help resolve these issues:

Printer Not Showing in the Dropdown List

  1. Re-check Your Account Settings: Ensure that you are logged in to the correct HP account associated with your printer. Sometimes users may have multiple HP accounts, which can lead to such confusion.
  2. Device Synchronization: Try refreshing the device list by logging out and then logging back in to your HP account. This can sometimes help synchronize and update the devices associated with your account.
  3. HP Smart App: Make use of the HP App to help detect and connect your printer. This tool often helps in managing devices associated with HP accounts.

Regarding the second issue about scanning a multipage document:

Unfortunately, the document was cut off, and I can't see the specific problem you are facing, but here's a general guide that might help with scanning multipage documents:

Scanning a Multipage Document

  1. Correct Settings: Make sure you are using the correct settings for multipage scanning. Go to the scan settings and ensure "Multipage PDF" is selected if you need to compile pages into one file.
  2. HP Smart App or HP Scan Software: Use the HP Smart App or HP Scan software to ensure a smooth scanning process, which often provides more streamlined features for multipage document scanning.
  3. Firmware Update: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date to avoid any bugs or issues related to scanning.

Take care and have an amazing day!
