Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Color LaserJet Pro M479fdw randomly stopped scanning to computer from the feeder, It will still scan from the flatbed. It is connected USB. I have uninstalled and re-installed all the drivers. I have set the profile to feeder in Windows Fax & Scan. And still will not work!!!!! Please help

Hello, If you go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > and right click on your M479 driver, do you have an option that says "start scan"? If so you can try using that software application instead of Windows Fax and Scan.
