Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
When I try to scan from my printer to my computer it is not working. Scan to computer is enabled but when I try scanning, a message on my computer pops up saying "HP Officejet 8710 was not found". Any suggestions?

Hi @NB701,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you are facing a "scanner not found"error.
Try the below suggestions -
- What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
- How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
- I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
Let me know!
