Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 3770
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Opening the printer assistant from my desktop to scan, when clicking the scan option i get that its disabled.

Opening up the Manage To Scan To Computer i can this image -

The HP Doctor doesn't show any errors and thinks everything's fine. 
I click Disable and it does nothing, I still get the same error.

 

I've reinstalled the printer drivers with no change
