Product: Officejet pro 7720 wide format all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We bought a Officejet Pro yesterday. Turned it on and it did the auto setup via the control window on the printer.

 

Tried to do a scan to computer, from the printer screen, but it didn't work. My computer shows in the option list but I got an error message. "To scan to computer , make sure that the scanning software has been installed and configured to your computer" it then goes on to say
"Windows: Open the HP printer software, select "Scanner Actions" then select Manage scan to computer"

I don't have the drivers on my computer so, can you tell me which ones I choose when I visit "SUPPORT" on HP's website as I'm baffled???
