Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

how do I enable scan to computer on my printer?  In the app, it says that it was not enabled by the owner and consult with them.  My problem is I am the owner and I don't what I did wrong during set up and the app doesn't give me an option to change.
