Thank you Mr Robot.  Removing and reinstalling the web services fixed the scan to email problem.  And yes we did have to reenter the email addresses.

Should I change the printer's IP address and DNS address configuration back to Automatic?

I know this is an old thread, but thank you so much for going through all of this. I was having the same problem and every prior solution would not work. The final solution of removing webservices and resetting them up was the trick that finally worked. Thank you!!
